The Pickering Christian Church is conducting an outreach mission. Free bread and sweets may be picked up from 2 to 4 pm, Monday, June 17 at the east basement door.

BJ AL supper to feature tenderloins
The Burlington Jct. American Legion Post will hold a supper from 5 to 7 pm, Friday, June 14 at the American Legion Building in Burlington Jct. Maryville Rotary to host golf tournament
The Maryville Rotary Club is hosting a four-person scramble golf tournament Friday, June 28 at the Sechrest 18 Mozingo Lake Recreation Park. The tourney begins at 1 pm with a shotgun start, with lunch provided prior to the start. The team cost is $250; which includes lunch, carts and drink tickets. Hole sponsorship is $75
Beebusters to meet in new location

Memory Cafe will be held from 10 to 11 am, Thursday, June 13 at the First United Methodist Church, 102 North Main Street, Maryville.
