Nodaway County Schools Close until April 6

Nodaway County schools announce school closings through April 6. There have been no COVID-19 cases reported in the district but the schools are “social distancing” to prevent the spread. Northeast Nodaway announcements

There will be no HS Scholar Bowl matches played this week. The Garden Club meetings have been cancelled for Wednesday, March 25 and Wednesday, April 1. The Ravenwood Community Breakfast has been cancelled for March 22.

Nodaway Chorale suspends rehearsals

The Nodaway Chorale, based in Maryville, is temporarily suspending rehearsals for Monday, March 16 and Monday, March 23 relative to the COVID-19 situation.  The Chorale leadership and Board of Trustees will continue to assess the situation regularly and make future decisions on rehearsals and concerts as appropriate. First United Methodist Church

FUMC Children and youth activities will follow the Maryville R2 school policy.  If they are not having school, our activities will be cancelled as well.
