Troop 75 Boy Scout Evan Jones will be constructing a monument to place the first courthouse plaque to earn his Eagle Scout rank. The plaque has been in storage at the First United Methodist Church since it purchased the building on which it was attached. It was originally placed by DAR in 1945.
