Fish Fry set for Elmo

The Elmo Fish Fry is from 5 to 7 pm, Saturday, September 14 at the Elmo Community Building. Besides fish, there will be fried chicken, potatoes, salads and drink. Cost is $9; children 12 and under are $5. Proceeds go toward community service projects and is sponsored by the Elmo Community Betterment.

Parnell UMC to hold fish fry

The Parnell United Methodist Church will host a fish fry from 11 am to 2 pm, Sunday, September 15 at the church. The freewill dinner menu will include white pollock fish, chicken, baked potatoes, cole slaw, baked beans, corn, green beans, hot rolls, desserts and drinks.
