The Skidmore Library located in Newton Hall, Skidmore, is open from 10 to 11 am, Saturday, June 10 and June 24. Other times by appointment.
Menu changes at BJ AL supper
The Burlington Jct. American Legion Post supper will be from 5-7 pm, Friday, June 9, at the American Legion Building in Burlington Jct. The supper will feature hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, salads, dessert and a drink. Cost is $7 for adults, children 10 and under are free.

Trojans receive new bicycle helmets
Students in Nodaway-Holt’s second grade class received new bicycle helmets from the Holt County Health Department.
