Ed Phillips Memorial Rodeo battles through the elements

The 20th Annual Ed Phillips Memorial Rodeo’s participants and spectators had to wear floaties and overboots this year as over five inches of rain fell during the August 15 performance. The rodeo continued and everyone persevered. During Saturday evening less rain fell from the sky but the mud made for a slower rodeo.
