Florence Flanary: Burlington Jct.’s town jewel

Since 1979, the city of Burlington Jct. has had several mayors in
office, with countless board members to make the decisions, both big
and small, that have all affected the town’s future. But in that time,
the city has seen only one city clerk: Florence Flanary.
