Ohio State won its second consecutive NCAA Men’s Volleyball Championship this past weekend.

There are 22 Division I men’s volleyball programs resulting in 456 players. The per-capita production of Division I men’s volleyball players is greatest in the West and Big Ten States with Hawaii leading followed by California, Illinois and Pennsylvania.  California produces 165 or 36.2 percent of all players. Slightly less than 12 percent are from abroad.
