The National Football Foundation announced the 2017 College Football Hall of Fame class on January 9. This week’s map looks at the 177 players who played since 1980 and have been inducted. This per-capita map, based on where the hall-of-famers went to high school, indicates predominately rural states led by Nebraska and Mississippi have produced higher values.
