Lord’s Acre Day set for Wilcox

BBQ fundraiser to support Parnell church

The St. Joseph’s Catholic Church will hold a free will donation BBQ from 5:30 to 8 pm, Saturday, October 6 in the church basement at 415 South Main Street, Parnell. The meal features pulled pork, hotdogs, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, salads and desserts. Mass will be celebrated at 4:30 pm.

Museum’s Fall Fest is October 6

The Nodaway County Historical Society Museum will have their annual Fall Fest fundraiser luncheon at the museum, 110 N. Walnut,  Maryville. The event is set for 11 am to 1 pm, Saturday, October 6.
