Boy Scouts in the 18-county Pony Express Council are selling popcorn until October 22.
Money earned will fund activities and Camp Gieger improvements.
Ethan Elston, Maryville High School freshman and Life Scout, is one of many Scouts selling popcorn. He plans to use his earnings to attend the 2017 National Jamboree at The Summit in West Virginia. Thirty scouts from the Pony Express Council will be attending.
In addition to traditional door-to-door sales, Scouts will sell on Saturday mornings at the Farmers Market, at St. Gregory’s Church after Mass, at a booth at the east Casey’s and in the Mary Mart parking lot.
