Lunch to benefit Nodaway-Holt children

A freewill donation lunch will be held from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, Sunday, December 10 at the Graham United Methodist Church fellowship hall. Proceeds will benefit Nodaway-Holt community children through the Adopt-A-Child Christmas program. The Fourth District American Legion meeting will be Sunday, December 10 at the Rolla Dicks Post 315, Burlington Jct. The Nodaway County Oratorical Contest will begin at 1:30 pm with a lunch to follow. The legion meeting will commence afterward.
